Interim policy, under review. This page describes how Azail currently works and how to reach us about intellectual-property matters. The full policy is being finalised; the takedown contact below is active.
Azail publishes original expert reasoning layers — structured guidance on how to think through a problem in a given domain. Public layer pages show a metadata summary of a layer (its title, description, attribution, and ratings). They do not reproduce the underlying source material or expose a layer's full internal content.
Some layers are grounded in publicly available material, such as a product's public documentation. Where that is the case, the layer is an original Azail work about that material — an independent reasoning aid — not a copy or reproduction of it. When a layer is derived from an identifiable source, the layer page links to that source for attribution.
Creators who publish layers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any material they draw on, and that their layer does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
If you believe a layer infringes your intellectual property or otherwise violates your rights, contact us at legal@azail.ai with a description of the material, the layer's URL, and the basis for your request. We will review, respond, and remove or withdraw material where appropriate.
This policy will be updated as Azail's publishing surface grows. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
