Privacy Notice

What we collect and why:

  • Account data — email, display name, signup date. To provide and identify your account.
  • Queries and messages — your chat messages. To enhance them and build your reasoning profile. Stored per your retention setting (default: forever).
  • Cognitive signals — psychographic inferences derived from your queries across five reasoning axes — communication style, opportunity vs risk, big picture vs detail, depth preference, and thinking patterns. These are your data — exportable at any time as a Reasoning Passport.
  • Context entries — facts you explicitly provide about yourself. Used only to personalise your experience.
  • Usage events — query counts, feature usage, error logs. For service quality and billing.
  • Consent records — tamper-evident log of what you consented to and when. GDPR Art. 7.

Lawful bases (GDPR Art. 6): Consent (1a) for psychographic profiling and optional features. Contract performance (1b) for core service delivery. Legitimate interest (1f) for security and abuse prevention.

Storage: Your account and activity data are hosted by Supabase in the EU North (Stockholm) region (eu-north-1) and reside within the EEA.

Transfers: To generate responses, prompt content — minimised of personal identifiers first — is sent to AI model providers, some located in the United States, under EU Standard Contractual Clauses. These providers are contractually prohibited from training on your data.

Retention: Account data kept until deletion request. Query history subject to your chat retention setting. Consent logs kept permanently as required by GDPR Art. 7(1).
